    Our Team

    Tim Herzog, MS EdM, is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at ReachingAhead.com and a Certified Consultant with the Association of Applied Sport Psychology.

     Wendy Bay Lewis has been a community leader and nonprofit executive in Montana for more than 20 years. Most recently, she taught leadership at Montana State University and served as Development Director for Bozeman's public library, Montana’s first public LEED-certified building. Previously, she practiced law in Arizona representing global businesses and human rights organizations.



    We are located in Bozeman, Montana -- a university town in the Northern Rockies that attracts entrepreneurs, energetic professionals, sustainable businesses, and people who love year-round outdoor recreation.
